I've been a bit quiet of late so thought I'd share this quick and dirty loop with you guys. Hope you enjoy!

I made Daily Deviant Woo Hoo!

While I'm beyond stoked to have made Daily Deviant, I've just skimmed through the comments and a majority seem to disapprove that this got DD.
There's some very passionate bits of feedback. Which means I've evoked an emotional response, which all good art does. So move over Mona Lisa you androgynous old biddy, Gamer Grrl is the new "it" girl of world art.
In all seriousness, I never thought or indented this would make DD when I posted it. I actually made it for as an avatar for a friends gaming youtube page: www.youtube.com/bebexgaming
Is this my best piece?....hell no // Do I regret this piece making DD?.... hell no
Because this has over 500 comments and I can't answer all of them, so I've picked out some common themes to cover off.

1) This is dung, the person that made this sucks and the person that put this up for DD is Hitler re-incarnate. WONT SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!!
My feedback: while I agree with you that I suck, the person that put this up for DD, obviously liked it so deal with it. eye is in beholder of Beauty....or something like that

2) She only has 4 fingers that is a mistake!
My feedback: Technically it's 3 fingers and a thumb
.....I grew up watching Simpsons and love the aesthetics of 4 fingers. I've actually made a partition which I'll send to Charles Darwin's relatives, requesting that the next release of human evolution consider losing 1 finger.

3) This isn't Faust's best art, some of his other stuff is more worthy for DD.
My Feedback: I would agree, it's not my best work but if I received 1/2 the hate gamer grrl received for any of my "good stuff", my fragile little ego would have no where to hide, and I would probably start listening to old Morrissey records and think about hurting myself with safety scissors.

4) The quality is simply not good enough for Daily Deviant.....I hate you Faust
My feedback: I never intended to upset the quality control gods, this little piece was merely meant to be created for a friends avatar, no more, no less.....build a bridge get over it and mind the trolls living underneath the bridge....I just made the last bit of that saying up, pretty nifty hey.
To everyone that made a comment good, bad or ugly....thankyou!
I'm an attention whore and any attention I get makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside....either that or I should start using my topical cream again

Welcoming myself to Deviant Art

hello peeps, I'll be uploading a new piece of eye candy (actually that's under selling it)....eye crack at least a couple of times a week.
I'll be doing this in a random fashion eg: a drawing from yesterday, then uploading a canvas from 10 years ago. So don't freak out like you've been spiked with peyote wrapped in LSD, if you see my style and technique jumping jumping all over the shop.
